As I was looking for a link to Famous Dave's Rib Rub for the "rub" thread, I stumbled across this website. It has recipes from many chain restaurants. Some of my favorites... Famous Dave's Rib Rub, Red Lobster's Chedder Biscuits, etc.

BD has her last batch stored at 50-55 degrees. She said she may try another one this weekend.

Buy beef, trim, cut in chunks and salt with kosher salt, leave to cure for 24 hours in fridge. Bring to room temp, grind and grill.
