I'm not subjective here...but I am interested.

Do you like Roasted Bell Peppers?

How do you use them?

I love them!
Few options:
- Marinated in olive oil, garlic, salt ,pepper and fresh basil. Eat them as an appz.
- Put a slice of gorgonzola, fresh basil and put them on a slice of bread in the oven for a few minutes.
In pasta with a vodka cream sauce.
- On pizzas before putting it in the oven.
Etc...
So many options...

I shall try that. I'm not subjective cause I work for a company that makes and sell them retail and foodservice. But always interested in what others do with them.

I love 'em on pizza's too and also on salad with a creamy dressing..but I should try them as an appetizer as well..thanks.

We often grill bell peppers of all colors.

I saw Bobbie Flay do this on his show. Cover whole bell peppers with olive oil, grill until pepper collapses, cut in half, remove seeds, serve. Easy, tasty, nutritious, and adds some color to the plate.

Got acid?

I like the yellow and red ones better than green, and I prefer them grilled.

Another vote here for grilled peppers. My method is similar to the one used by Purple Teeth but I peel them before I serve them. My wife also makes stuffed peppers that I really like. Ground turkey, beans and rice into a cored red or green pepper. Tasty and healthful too.
