Started out July with a bang. A couple of mexi-melts ( ) as I had a huge stack of projects to turn around in one night before the last day of summer school. I guarantee that there will be something good on the grill tonight.

One type of food for the rest of your life? Japanese? I love it, but it would not be my "one and only choice" -- it's not wine friendly, IMHO, especially for reds.
