Anyone have a simple way to smoke jalapenos? I am growing them in two potted plants; I much prefer the smokier flavor of chipotles. I do not have any smoking equipment.

inject into center of jalapeno, stick it in the oven on low broil..

Take out when skin is charred.

mash and add sugar/spices to taste.
