I had a nice pork loin cooked in, yes, the Ron Popiel Showtime rotisserie oven.

What's funny is that there was a sticker on it that warned you shouldn't "literally" forget it. Obviously some moron burned his house down. Did you like it? Saturday: At Cafe Rustica (in Basking Ridge for all your NJ folks) with some good friends, pan fried veal chop and garlic mashed potatoes. Sunday: Ribeyes on the grill with just grey sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Served with steamed green beans and carrot "slivers". Go HOKIES!!! |

We'll be stuffing our pie holes with burgers tonight, but no side salads or springy salads, just a regular run-of-the-mill Mesclun salad with evoo and Balsamic vinegar.
