Saturday night for the wife's birthday I had Tellicherry Peppercorn-Crusted Rack of Wild Boar
with Warm Peruvian & Yukon Gold Potato Salad, Nueske's Bacon, & Broccoli Rabe. It was a toos up between that and the lamb chops, I was not dissappointed. My wife had a venison dish that was quite good also, it was a great night out all around.

Not worth my time. We don't buy cheesecake. We make it. Of course, I understand why you buy it.

Vinosnob-

Actually, I marinated it all day. I forgot to mention, I also included garlic in the marinade. It really was yummy! I liked throwing in something like brown sugar or honey for some sweetness, though balsamic adds some.

Don't be bitter. You musn't begrudge me laughing at the reference to NYC style cheesecake as fluffy. Don't you see the humor in it? Big Grin

It's readily apparent that I know more about NYC style cheesecake than you. Maybe you should stick to "stuffing your pie hole with" side salads. They're a lot less fattening.

Just one more sip.
