I need to read this title all month now? Roll Eyes

I think I lost my appetite. I'll ignore this until February unless I "stuff my pie hole" with 3 big macs one day.

Loss of appetite can be good if you are trying to lose weight.

And I have NEVER eaten 3 Big Macs in one day...not even one Big Mac.

It already edited the title of this thread. It originally didn't know the year changed on January 1st. The coarseness of the title is perfectly in keeping with its character. And yes, ArieS, it will certainly start the thread each month. Normally it starts the thread a few minutes after midnight on the 1st of the month. Nobody else even bothers to start it anymore.

Just one more sip.

Sablefish and Lemon Risotto last night.I made the strangest marinade and it was delicious. Tequila, tangerine juice, lime, avocado oil, etc. Opened one of my last bottles of '04 Kim Crawford with it and had a tasty dinner in front of a movie.

Thanks to Purplehaze for giving me a PBJ pizza craving...I had some minus the B, since the pizzaria didn't have any.

Would you expect anything less from her ? Anything to get attention.

I was hoping she would have said she called the pizzeria and asked them to put peanut butter on the pizza and when they wouldnt we would get to hear about it here.

I hate picking shells out of my Cioppino, Bouillabaisse, Zarzuela, whatever. I steamed the clams and mussels and then removed them from the shells before dumping the meat back into the stew.

Leftover lemon risotto made into patties with creamy blue cheese in the middle fried up in avocado oil with avocado slices and lime juice on top. 04 Jackson Estate Sauv Blanc. Have decided that I like it better than the Kim Crawford.

I had one of the best burgers ever at a friends house last night and when I asked her how she got it so light and juicy at the same time she said that she put in lots of stale bread crumbs and bought real good quality lean beef. I never tried crumbs in hamburgers but have used it in meatballs (with pork and veal) but they get cooked in sauce later so it isn't the same as with burgers. I don't know if she was just putting me on but man if bread crumbs make that much of a difference then sign me up.

Drank some pretty lousy beer though. Funny, I never had plain Budwiser before, and it is pretty lousy as beer goes.
