Wasn't sure if it was a wood you could use in grilling,smoking or if the flavors are good. I have a bunch from pruning my neighbors vines and want to try.

This reminded me of Ridgeway. I have no affiliation, I just remember thinking this sounded interesting.

I've never found they do much for smoking. They burn pretty hot and fast for grilling. All in all I prefer to use barrel wood in both cases though.
