Not all that original, but I think most Bordeaux will do just fine. Left Bank preferably.

do a nice white bordeaux! Cool
nice with the crab lite enough for the veal
but thats just me!

I love veal oscar; a rich white wine works well, but syrah does the trick too.

Like the idea of a rich white, maybe an Alsatian TPG with some sweetness.

Just one more sip.
