Tried something different for the wife and I the other night. I was going to do chicken breasts, asparagus, cauliflower and stuffed mushrooms as an app. I was browning some sausage for stuffed mushrooms and thought, "Whats good with chicken? Pork!!" I added some fresh oregano and basil from the garden, green onions and lots of garlic(reserving some of these fresh ingredients for the chicken). Got the mushrooms stuffed and on the grill. I then layed out 2 strips of bacon down, put down a layer of sausage and fresh mix, then chicken breast, then more topping and wrapped the bacon around topping again. I did these layed on foil on the grill and they turned out really good. Give it a shot.

Vino, I hope you have a great Holiday.

Curious, what did you pour with this?

Working...but it will be a holiday after noon! I was drinking Bell's Oberon with the chicken, great summer wheat ale. Raining now, but that won't stop me from firing up the grill tonight, rubbed St. Louis style ribs paired with Orin Swifts Saldo Zin. Cheers and have a great Holiday!

Sounds great. We used to have Bell's Oberon on tap at work. Great summer beer.
