You sure that linguine is from Naples? Does it matter? You think Americans can't turn flour and eggs into good pasta?

Geez, who TF cares? Bella didn't say anything disparaging about US-based pasta.

Homemade pizza last night. Picked up a fresh pizza dough from the local pizzeria, sliced tomato, red pepper flakes, fresh mozzarella, basil, mushrooms, little drizzle of EVOO….better than any takeout I can think of. 2005 Clos des Andes Malbec.

The linguine is from Naples as that was what drew me to purchase it. I am pretty sure that not all pasta comes from Naples. This imported pasta had a pretty hefty price tag on it...I thought it would be fun to try it out. And yes, it did matter as this pasta had a different density to it.

What is it about ethnicity and nationality that bugs you so much? You're obsessed with it.

I needed a salmon fix. Picked up 1 1/2 lbs of wild chinook, is on the grill. I don't care about the cost, needed it.

Opened a 2006 Shea Estate Pinot Noir and hour ago to go with dinner.

Fresh vegi's from farmers market, grilled asparagus.
