Pan searing anything with a heavy spice rub. Even with the stove top blower going the smoke from the spices sends me into a sneezing fit and my dog to the other end of the house.

Bacon. I love it (once in a while), but man it lingers and permeates EVERYTHING.

I dated a Vietnamese girl in high school. Her parents house stunk like no other. The food was great, and didn’t stink when I was eating it, but something crazy was going on in that kitchen.

i remember my dad trying to do various types of squid dishes one time out of whole squids purchased at a fish market... i came home from school and laughed at him because he had ink all over his face and he looked at me and asks, "what?" Big Grin

none of the dishes came out very appetizing either, i think we ended up ordering pizza that night

I do Manila clams occasionally and it's not bad. But my wife bought and steamed some kind of brown-shelled variety that stunk up the house for a week. Eek

Other favorites (not):
Cauliflower
Cabbage
