So I bought two pumpkins and realized I ended up with 5 cups of pumpkin mash.

What goes with pumpkin soup

or any other suggestions what I can do wiht all that pumpkin?

You can always make pumpkin ravioli, too.

Add ginger, netmeg and peppercorns and pair it with Gewurtz.

If using autumnal spices (like nutmeg or allspice), try it with a Gewurztraminer. It also works with butternut squash dishes.

If the pumpkin soup has some sweetness and richness to it the 2006 Quarts de Chaume Baumard Loire Valley Chenin Blanc might be a good fit.

had some gerwutz that's been opened, but lost most of its effervescence.

A little butter fried proscutto to add some flavor and the gerwutz was a great pairing!

Grilled cheese sandwiches; ham (K-Mart style shaved really thin) piled w/ white cheddar on rye, and a tomato salad.
