Let me first thank Grossie for suggesting this restaurant to me. This is a must place to visit if you are truly foodies like my wife and I are. The decor in the main dining room is a great visual experience. The staff are classically trained and very friendly. The presentation and flavors of the food were truly wonderful. The amuse bousche of tapioca with squid ink was awesome. I chose a bottle of Owen Roe's "The Keeper" Cab Franc and this is a wine I will be seeking out. The homemade ice cream I had for dessert was one of the best ice creams I have ever eaten. Giuseppe (executive chef) is both a true talent in the kitchen but also a very warm and friendly person. For those that live in Chicago put this restaurant on your must try list. It is located on North Halstead.

Glad you enjoyed, IW. I've been there a few times in the last year and I've never been disappointed.
