I don't know the Goosebumps Shiraz but with others (Jacobs Creek) I like to pair them with light deserts like red fruit based tarts.

If there is some residual suger or impresion of sweetness, try something with a bit of dark chocolate.

My wife really enjoys them on there own, as apperitif.

I have found something much worse than acidic NV Krug.
Goosebumps is completely unfit for humane consumption.
Even more unbelievable but true, chocolate actually made this sparking worse. It was completely bitter, absolutely no residual sugar.
I have had sparking shiraz that I have liked, but not this.
I'll bring the leftovers Friday for you Wine+Art (xoxox)

I've found that Sparkling Shiraz should only be served in the hot tub. Pairing it with anything else is a bad idea.

I actually did a few experiments with this topic. I found that ground turkey patties and a berry compote was decent, something i liked, then again I have strange taste.

We had some last weekend (Seaview) with very thinly sliced beef grilled on a hot stone and raclette and it matched very well. I would think salmon would match well too.
