My monthly wine club is coming to my place in May, I need some finger foods to go with the bordeaux blend theme of the night - blind tastings (of the wines).

How about 1-2 grilled lamb chops per person from small racks of lamb? The long frenched bone would make it an easy finger food and it would stand up to the Bordeaux.
