Having an informal appetizer/vino evening with some close friends next week. And would appreciate any suggestions.

1) Antipasto: Roasted red peppers, marinated artichokes, cornichones, Parma Proscuitto, marinated mozzarella, hard salami, ect.
Anything with vinegar is hard to pair...perseco?

2) Pan Seared Scallops/Prawn skewers with
Papaya Relish
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp fresh lime juice
Half a ripe papaya, peeled and diced
1 1/2 tbsp minced red bell pepper
2 tsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp chopped green onion
1 tsp minced red onion
Pinch of salt
Finished with Olive Oil infused with Lemon Zest.
Thinking of an Ehrenfesler?

3)Grilled Tandoori Chicken Skewers(cilantro, parsley, cumin, garlic, paprika, cayenne and marinaded with yogurt & chicken thighs)
Either a Gewertz, or an oaked Chard?
