Yep... well, I added veal stock and dijon as well and pinot seemed to be the right choice. Had the BV reserve (wine club shipment) which I never had before and it was pretty decent stuff, although I prefer a little lighter, bright red fruit style.

Simple pasta last night. Spaghetti tossed in garlic and red pepper infused olive oil, bacon, onion, fresh parsley, parmesan and homemade bread crumbs.
