Hunter, what is the drinking window on the Betz. My brother has offered me a couple of his allotment?

After an hour it opened wonderfully, peaked at 2 hours or so and held for the last hour. My impression is open for hour-90 minutes with drinking window now to 5 years. Very balanced now. Just by feel there. I have 4 more I think.
