Have a few friends coming over later tongiht... and they want to bring over quiche..

what would one pair with quiche?

I was thinking champagne ...

anyone else have better suggestions/experiences?

I'm actually not a fan, an overabundance of butter and egg is not for me.

I've made some beef carpacio ... just in case..

You may as well go all the way and pair it with Beaujolais.(Village, not that acidic Cru stuff)

are they bringing the food because the read about yoor food prep habits?
What type of quiche? Port goes well with everything I have come to learn :-)
