Have a few friends coming over later tongiht... and they want to bring over quiche.. what would one pair with quiche? I was thinking champagne ... anyone else have better suggestions/experiences?

they want to bring over quiche =) I'm actually not a fan, an overabundance of butter and egg is not for me. I've made some beef carpacio ... just in case..

You may as well go all the way and pair it with Beaujolais.(Village, not that acidic Cru stuff)
