Chorizo, potatoes and eggs fried up with cilantro and chives. Definitely not a meal made for wine, or any fluids for that matter. Need all my digestive juices for this one. A Virgils Root Beer would have been heavenly though.

Last night started with buffalo mozzarella topped with oven roaste cherub and sunburst tomatoes, bolivian rose salt, Araujo EVOO and fresh basil. Followed by a marinated tri-tip thinly sliced with a baked 'tater with all the fixins.

Beef is good.

Also had fresh mozzarella with heirloom tomatoes, sea salt, EVOO, and balsamic vinegar. One of my favorites.
