I'm sorry to say my source ran out. On a trip to Mexico, I bought some organic Echo Mountain beans and brought them home. It made the best coffee I've ever had. I contacted the company and, for a while, they were shipping through somebody in Las Vegas, so I ordered through him. They no longer ship into the US. If anyone is headed to Puerta Vallarta, I can tell them where to find this, assuming it's still in existence.
Just one more sip.

we order our coffee from PORTO RICO IMPORTING CO., located in NY. http://www.portorico.com/store/I remember once, on a rainy day, I sipped some old stale coffee at a local place and said, "This coffee tastes like mud!" The proprietor looked at me and said, "Well, it was just ground this morning."

I've said it before, but I'll say it again. Incredable coffee and espresso IMHO. Lavazza. I, personally, prefer the Espresso Crema e Aroma. YUM!

For me I use Adelia an Italian roast style coffee done locally here in Quebec. I find their products very comparable to Lavazza and Illy two similar styles I enjoy also. But I prefer supporting a local company, plus one of their store is just minutes away. Oh and I am an expresso guy only. I had a hard time finding a good cup of filtered coffee and after some trips to Europe I just bought myself a good Expresso machine and I have not looked back.

La Costa Coffee RoastingI prefer the Costa Rican SHB. They order coffee in bulk and roast on site. There is no substitute for freshly roasted including those funky airpack foil bags.

I love the coffee (especially the Sumatra Gayoland) from a local small-batch roaster in Cincinnati that uses fair trade beans. Check it out at www.laterzacoffee.com.

Sorry Board-O, I was just there. If I had known, I'd have brought some back for you. I'll be going back next April, though. Remind me.

Kona certainly the first choice but prohibitly expensive. There is a company in Mass called Indigo Roasters which I find the best coffee that I have tasted. The worst in my opinion id Starbucks...do they scortch or burn everything. I guess wheb they put tons of sweet crap into it, you really can't taste the coffee. I like black coffee with just a pinch of sugar/equal/splenda (whatever). Indigo's coffee is nicely prices, roasted fresh and delivered quickly. Look them up on the web. I have no connection other than being a customer.

Luwak, naturally- The direction we have been headingIn truth, I buy from many vendors and roasters who source from many countries. I just prefer it to be shade grown, organic, fair trade, and freshly roasted. That's not hard to find, in Seattle at least.

I'm surprised no one has chirped up stating they roast their own.

Have been drinking, and enjoying, "The Big Ring" blend by 53 x 11 Coffee (http://www.53x11coffee.com). According to their web site it's "100% Sumatra. Certified 100% Fair Trade and Organic." All I know is it's pretty damn good coffee.
