Eureka I got it! French Press redux

1) 16 oz. H2O
2) ~ 5 tbs freshly ground Fair Trade Columbian Supremo which was roasted locally within the past week.
3) quick stir of the slurry.
4) 4 min steep. The bloom was chocolate in color and close to an inch tall.
5) Mmm, mmm, good
