Last night:
T Birds's chilled avocado and cucumber soup(well played Bird)with Cremant. Seared tuna with roasted red bell pepper sauce, stir fried vegetables, and Oregon Rose of Pinot Noir. Got acid? @@@@@@@@@@@@ Everyone has to believe in something. I believe I’ll have another glass of wine. |

pasta and meatballs (ala Hunter). Pasta sauce was a receipe that an old roommate gave me (that originated with his grandmother whose maiden named ended in a vowel and English was not her first language). It all went together wonderfully. I added a few spareribs to the sauce as it simmered for 4 hours - wonderful idea Hunter - I have never tried that before. It will be a regular addition from now on. Enjoyed it with a Bourgone that I used in the sauce.

Sushi and sake Friday night. Burgers, baked beans, corn on the cob and Stone IPA on Saturday night. Korean BBQ at the in-laws tonight. Haven’t decided on a wine yet.
