2005 Chateau Tour St. Joseph Cru Bourgeois Haut-Medoc
It's a 2005, but a Cru Bourgeois. Will it benefit from cellaring, or should I drink it in the near future?

Yes, the wine will benefit from a year or two of bottle age, you can probably get away with holding this for 6-7 years.
