Well, it's now then verified that E & J Gallo produce the Matthew Fox wines, and it seems as though Marc's in Ohio is the exclusive distributor of the wine, as I've not heard of it being available anywhere else. It wouldn't surprise me if E & J sell the same juice under another name to other retailers around the country.

But why bother, as it's just more fun to consume the wine, rather than wonder where else it's being sold.

Sorry for my delay in responding to the question about how I found the info. I searched the TESS2 database for trademarks at the www.uspto.gov (U.S. Patent & Trademark Office). Not sure if this link will work http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=8fvenl.4.2 but if it does, it will display the Matthew Fox trademark registered by E & J Gallo.
