Hoya, assuming this query is related to your other post--wine that will age and not break the bank, I would say you have found a decent prospect. 2005 was a great vintage, and although this is a rather obscure producer, many such "obscure" producers made solid wines in 2005. I have not actually had this wine, but with a JS rating of 90 and recommendation to drink after 2012, plus a long string of ratings in the upper 80's over the past several vintages, it sounds very promising. I think you would be hard pressed to find a wine of this quality and age-worthiness, for under $25, from any other region. It may not go 25 years, but then again, it may still have some life in 25, and it certainly should be enjoyable in 5-15 years. I say go for it. Buy a case. Open a bottle now, just to see what it's like, then squirrel the rest away in a cool dark spot, and crack one open every 2 years or so and follow the evolution.
