Hi, I'm new to wine and I came across this website on basic wine knowledge. But I'm not sure the information in the site is valid or not.
Can someone give me advice on this?
Thx.

I do not wish to be bitten. Bite PH twice and skip me. Thank-you

Just one more sip.

I would prefer nibbling or incessant gnawing.

We were all raised being told that Jesus loved the little children. Yes, but he never had to dine with one.. he chose the lepers instead.

Come on folks, in medicine we take great pride in helping the newbies learn the profession. I don't know anything about that site, but I bet some of you do. This is the "Learn Wine" forum, yes? More informed wine drinkers are good for the industry and ultimately all of us. No need to propogate the "wine snob" image.

Apparently your spam detector is either broken or non-existent. Smile

Get yourself a copy of "Wine for Dummies".. The BEST (IMHO) book and source of information for someone just getting started and wanting some easy to understand, so BS regarding wine basics.....

Ahh textbook post. You can almost copy and paste this kinda intro. Especially the "came acrosss this website" line. That's called a "Milano", for those members who don't know. Smile
