Did you mean at a school? I have been attending the WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) in London and New York. The London branch offers their students discounts to wine venues throughout the rest of Europe. I actually wish I was spending more time in London than in their NY branch because of that.
It is a tough program so you really have to be into the academic side of wine. I am enjoying it although it is tough but after you are over 1/2 way through, you will feel like you definitely can describe more wines than most people. I also hear about the French region wine schools in Alsace and Bordeaux which are nice too.

It definitely is a tough course but you will feel like you know so much more about wine than many people. The Diploma is 2-3 years. The certificate takes about 15-20 weeks.
