I've obsessivly been collection wine for the last two years and I track it, catalog it and love it! (and obviously drink it too) However I most of the time have no idea when to drink and when to age... If I check the internet on a specific bottle the ranges are often all over the place... Any suggestions?

Jeez... I'd probably check out the thousands of tasting notes at jetwines.com. Roll Eyes

For domestic wines the winery website should be a great sourc of info as what the drinking windows are. If you are in a wine shop the staff may know, but not always. A little research is always do-able. Wine Spectator and Wine Advocate usually give a drink now or hold for this long recommendation. You may want to subscribe to a magazine.
