I am looking to increase my wine tasting knowledge and learn the business aspects of running a winery. Does anyone have any recommendations on the courses or schools that you can attend? Looking for a program that I can do over a one month timeframe.

VEN 130 is ending this week at UC Davis. It's part of the French OIV masters wine marketing program. I do believe it is the last one ever offered though you can probably get the material from the professor (Jim Lapsley) if you call the university.
