Does anybody know how realistically I can get at least an interview in the winery. I`ve been sending notes, resumes, never got a single reply. How can I convince management that I`m serious, hard-working, passionate, unique.( all that did mention in my cover letter and stuff.)

Any advice or hint, any type of info or recommendation is hugely appreciated.
Mikhail.

Heck,

Buy a pair of work gloves, hop a Greyhound to Northern California, get off at Geyserville, walk to the nearest grapevines you see, ask if you can clean some tanks, sweep up, pour some wines on the weekends, and pick grapes in the fall.

Walk before you run Grasshopper.

I'm with Indybob on this. I'm tempted to take a few weeks off in October and go help pick grapes in Napa. Why not?
