I just bought a wine refrigerator that I can't seem to get run above 52F on the upper racks and 46F on the lower racks. I'd like to use this refrigerator to store cabs. Is this too cool for cabs?
Better to use it for Whites. However, they will be fine, but they'll take longer to mature. More importantly, disconnect the "frost-free" circuit, if possible, or the corks may dry out over time.

That's strange, you may need to contact them. Most, if not all, wine fridges go up to 57F.
