Hi, I am very interested in learning the basics of wine making/storing/distribution. I need to start off with a basic wine making course. Which school would offer me that kind of course. I see that there is one in Sonoma,but is there anything in the Bayarea like Southbay/Eastbay. Thanks for any help !
