OK, this may be a silly question but.... here goes.
When scoring a wine how is the score broken down?
Is it broken down in catagories? for instance possible 25 for color and clarity, 25 for taste, 25 for aroma and 25 for say alcohol content?
Add the the totals for a final score?
Just curious as to how they arrive at a 91, or a 79

I found this post informative too. I just became part of a beta test for wine tote software. It's a program for storing info on wines and I was having trouble deciding how to rate the wines from my perspective, but this helps. If you need the url to test the program its found at www.totecollection.com. It's kind of simple but my understanding is they want to start it simple and have the users decide what goes in it. Thanks again ebgardner
