Hey,
Last night a friend brought over a bottle of
Parallele "45" Cotes du Rhone, Paul Jaboulet Aine
Its a Rose. What variety is it? Syrah?
I enjoyed it. Was my first rose.

P45, like most roses from the area, is a blend of half grenache, 40% cinsault and 10% syrah. The grenache grape's intense fruitiness and cinsault's soft texture usually work well together in creating a refreshing sipper.

I havn't had the rose, but if it ever warms up here in Mpls I'll sip some this summer.
