Needed (2) hours of air to open up.

Dark ruby core, with a minimal light tinge on the rim.

On the nose, dark & luscious fruits stand in front of a bit of menthol & cassis.

Plenty of dark fruit on the palate, balanced nicely with a 30+ second finish. Tannins are very much present, and could stand strong another 10 years before being resolved.

Overall, a pleasure to drink now, but no hurry to pop another.
