Another wine from tlily's collection, this one oozed class right from the start.

Decanted for about 45 minutes before we started sipping it, this one had complex layered aromas and flavors of wet earth, smoke, prunes, blackberry, oregano, and dill. The most impressive part of the wine was its structure and length. The flavors seemed to linger and shift in the mouth like a long winding S-curve. A "close your eyes and go for a ride" wine. Good tannins on the finish, but probably within its peak drinking window. What a treat. Thanks tlily! 94P.

Cheers,

Otis

Otis,

It was my pleasure to bring this wine. It's always had a wide range of opinions (RP 76, WS 92). Frankyly I thought RP missed the boat on this one and I've thought it a 92-94.

We had a fantastic time thanks for everything.
