2006 Vision Cellars Pinot Noir Garys' Vineyard - USA, California, Central Coast, Santa Lucia Highlands (10/26/2009) Popped and poured - paired with sesame crusted ahi and basmati rice. Showed a strong nose of strawberries and cream, fresh earth and some secondary baking spices. Palate showed both strawberry and raspberry along with a little brown sugar. Medium bodied, decent finish but a little hot. This was a solid wine but I wouldn't purchase again. (88 pts.)
