Had this for breakfast with seven year old Gouda and Brillo di Treviso. Great nose of green apple, lemon drops, nectarines, saline sea breeze, and slate - pretty textbook. Impressive on the palate: apples and citrus fruit; bracing acidity uniform and integrated throughout, well-balanced; medium body with elegance and weight; powerful finish of good length. Can go on for many years to come but delicious today. 90 points.
