Just had it 'for fun' yesterday. Didn't expect too much for the $ 9 (1:1) I payed last Saterday. But for a 1982-Rhone it wasn't bad at all.

A bit closed in the nose, with some cherry. Light to medium bodied wine with plum, licorice and tobacco. Still alive. Short finish. Fully mature Crozes-Hermitage and in need of drinking.

Friendly, fresh wine. 83pts

Do you want to smell my wooden shoes?
