Picked this up over the weekend for $27; seeing as the '96 vintage was stellar for CA chard I thought it might still be worth a try.
Clear pale golden straw w/mineral, lemon, and pineapple notes, only a touch of oak. Lemon curd, tropical fruits and nutty oak on the palate, still has good acidity, and a long finish. Not a full-bodied as I expect it was 4-5 years ago, but still very nice. 88-89 pts. "Actually, it only takes one drink to get me loaded. I didn't know that that the "Generations" also came in a white wine. I just assumed it was the cab blend only. Thanks for your TN. Is this your first time trying the Raymond Generations white? IW Life without wine?...... Yeah Right. No, I've had this before but quite a while back. I'm not sure about the production qty. of this as I rarely see it retail.
