I see WS has given this a 92. Has anyone tried this, and if so, how would you rate it? When WS says "best after 2003" does that mean the rating is based on when the wine matures or its current qualities?

In this connection, how are WS ratings in general -- trustworthy or useless? Just getting into wine and don't know much yet. Excuse my clumsiness.
