opened tonight with portobello risotto and halibut. did not decant. everything wonderful about an oregon pinot was represented here - the antithesis of huge california pinot bombs. lots of earthy, loamy, mushroomy flavors. soft cherry and berry flavors as well. lots of nuance to this wine - drinking well right now and i wouldn't hold much longer if you have any of these.
