Not so good. Sour, dirty fruit and Earth with too much herbal influence (read: like chewing a green stick). Lots of flavor notes that I didn't like, such as dirty leather, and dirty tobacco. Too much tannin and no good fruit for me. Maybe it needs time.

Much much Better. Bigger fruit without the "eye-sucking" tannins. (That's only after 2 months.) Maybe it was bottle shock or something. All the same flavor notes are there, but much more integrated and nice. Kinda like a leather thong, worn by a pretty chick, smoking a Cuban maduro. This went very well with grilled vegetarian panini sandwiches. (Eggplant, Vidalias, red peppers, Portobello caps, Provolone all grilled, w/ pesto, on an onion roll.) This juice was very tasty this time.
