Aroma is similar to the palate but maybe a little floral and perfumey. Apple, lime, mineral and toffee flavors are present The acidity on this is fairly hard and the wine is a bit bitter (I am sensitive to that, it may not taste bitter to you at all). The flavors are great, the wine feels very structured and the window is through 2010. I would rather catch this in late 2010.

This wine held up remarkably well. No wear and tear, it has just smoothed out. Usually if I don't drink a white wine the first evening it gets dumped the next.
