  • 2006 François Pinon Vouvray Cuvée Tradition - France, Loire Valley, Touraine, Vouvray (7/10/2008)
    Nice bottle. Med aromatics with honey, ginger, citrus (orange and grapefruit skins) and a nice minerality.
    Med to full body, some residual sugar but a good acidity and a slight bitterness keep everything together. Rather complex on the palate with a lot of fruits: apple, pineapple, honey mixed with that residual sugar and bitterness make this wine really interesting. (90 pts.)
