Very unyielding at first, required lots of airing to bring out some spice and plums, with brown sugar notes. Tastes more and more like the Reserve. Will check progress, but is definitely below the Bondi Ranch at this point.

A day and a half later: Dark fruits come out, more so than the Reserve, almost Oregon-ish. Not as forward and distinctive as the Bondi, but still unique. Could be something special in a few years. Should decant a heck of a lot of time ahead if you want to drink it now.
