1997 Huët Vouvray Moelleux 1ère Trie Le Mont - France, Loire Valley, Touraine, Vouvray (6/19/2008)
WIML94?

Tasted June 19, 2008 at an offline.

Opened and served immediately. Dark yellow to gold color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of honeysuckle, apricot and caramel. Flavors of honey, apricot and lychee on the medium finish. Medium acidity, light to medium body. Fairly clean and crisp on the palate. Drink now through let's say the medium term. (94 pts.)

Medium term for a Huet moelleux is probably 25 years. Smile

Normally I'd agree with you but I'm not 100% certain with this particular bottling. We'll see. Hopefully those with multiple bottles out there can provide updates over the next 5, 10 and 15 years.
