What a wonderful wine!!!, a bouquet of berries with flavors of blueberries, cola and vanilla. Good overall structure, this bottle was better than the first bottle I had over a year ago. Good overall intensity and concentration with a black pepper finish that lasts well over thirty seconds. 93 points

I love this wine, I've had both of the bottles I got my hands on and was blown away both times. Strangely, I actually prefered this to the 'Hill bottling in 1999 -- and the least expensive bottling, the Guseppe and Louisa, was my favorite that year.

Whiner15, I'm glad I have one bottle left, I liked the Giuseppe & Louisa also, but I felt it was little over the top, almost port-like. How did like the Guiseppe and Louisa?. what's amazing Parker gave the G&L 95 points compared to 92 for the Jackass Vineyard.
